Dr. Randolph is widely acknowledged as a medical pioneer in the fields of hormone health and optimal aging medicine. The cornerstone of Dr. Randolph’s unique integrative medical approach is rooted in his training as a licensed compounding pharmacist specialized in pharmacognosy (plant-based medicines). Dr. Randolph is triple board-certified: in Age Management Medicine by The Age Management Medicine Foundation, by the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine, and by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Randolph earned his Doctor of Medicine from Louisiana State University and his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Auburn University.

Lori Ann Leaseburge, M.D., FACOG, ABAARM
Dr. Leaseburge is widely recognized as a clinical expert in both women’s health and the science of optimal aging. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Board of Anti-Aging Regenerative Medicine. She is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Institute for Functional Medicine.
Dr. Leaseburge’s research has been published in the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Prior to earning her Doctor of Medicine from Marshall University, she worked as a Registered Dietician at Duke University Medical Center. Today Dr. Leaseburge continues to practice with a strong clinical interest in nutrition, functional medicine, and exploring the root causes of imbalances, “I am committed to helping my patients experience optimal wellness using a holistic approach to addressing hormone imbalance.”
Nicole Thomas, MSN, ARNP, ANP-BC
Nicole Thomas, MSN, ARNP, ANP-BC is an ANCC Adult Nurse Practitioner. She completed her undergraduate studies at University of Florida and Jacksonville University, graduating with a degree in environmental science and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. While at Jacksonville University, she was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau International, the Honor Society of Nursing. Nicole received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida.
Nicole’s passion lies in patient-focused women’s medicine. She has established a reputation in the community for clinical excellence specifically related to gynecological medicine and hormone therapy, “I believe it is vital to listen to what is important to each of my patients and then I use tools that encompass the entire body to formulate a plan for a healthy, fit and energetic life.”
Steven Garces, MSN, ARNP, FNP-BC
Steven Garces MSN, ARNP is an ANCC certified Family Nurse Practitioner with an Emergency Medicine sub-specialization. Steven graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville University.
Steven’s clinical expertise in age-management medicine correlates with his passion for a whole-person approach to enhancing patients’ health and longevity. Steven believes that, while each individual should proactively take responsibility to improve and maintain their own health, sustainable results are best achieved when a person partners with a knowledgeable and trusted medical professional. Consequently, his approach to treating hormone imbalances in men and women is person-centered and individualized, “I am vested in helping my patients achieve life-impacting goals.”
Kristin B. Byers, MSN, ARNP, WHNP-BC
Kristin B. Byers, MSN, ARNP, WHNP-BC is a NCC certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Florida, where she was a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing. Kristin received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. Prior to joining our practice in 2014, Kristin worked in labor and delivery for nine years and in a cosmetic practice for two years.
Kristin has always had a passion for women’s health and gynecology, “I am fully committed and privileged to have the opportunity to improve the overall health and well-being of my patients.” She is now seeing both men and women with a focus on bioidentical hormone replacement, gynecology, and sexual health and vitality.
Victoria Galler
Victoria Galler is the Practice Administrator at Dr. Randolph’s Ageless & Wellness Medical Center. Victoria is the voice on our phone and her accent comes from Australia where she was born, raised and educated. Victoria’s background is in travel and tourism and she brings a commitment and dedication for outstanding patient experience to our practice.
Donny Klay
Donny Klay, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). He completed his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science at the University of Cincinnati. While at Cincinnati, he was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to joining the practice, Donny practiced in emergency medicine, psychiatry, and as a clinical adjunct professor.
In 1736, Benjamin Franklin advised, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” Today, Donny champions this philosophy, both in life and in his approach to patients’ well-being. He focuses on bioidentical hormone replacement for men and women. “I am dedicated to those who seek to regain energy, vitality, and reclaim their best self.”
